Chop and accurately mix these herbs: 5 g (0.17 oz) of eucalyptus leaves, 10 g (0.35 oz) of basil, 5 g (0.17 oz) of aromatic quill, 20 g (0.70 oz) of sage, 10 g (0.35 oz) of marshmallow root.
Put these herbs in a pot with 30 g (1.05 oz) of cold water and boil for 5 minutes.
Drink it hot and sweeten with honey, arbutus honey if possible, at any moment but after meals.
In a few days you will feel relieved.

ReplyDeleteI smoked for thirty years, then over a dozen years ago, I thought I had come down with a very bad case of pneumonia. After my wife nagged me for a week, I finally saw the doctor.
