For tired feet, make a laurel footbath

Take a handful of well ripe bayberries (Laurus Nobilis), crash them and boil in a lot of water.
Drain and mix in a basin with cold water to make it cool.
Deep your feet and let them soak till water doesn’t cool.
Footbaths strengthen and relieve your tired extremities. It also reduces excessive perspiration.

Or you can try this grandmother old recipe:
Put 3 handfuls of salt and 1 dl of vinegar in a basin of water.
This is a good footbath against tiredness.
