Herbal remedy for cramps

If you suffer from frequent cramps, try drinking 3 cups of hawthorn flowers infusion daily for 2-3 days, putting 2 pinches in a cup of boiling hot water.
After three days, break up the assumption for a while and then resume it for 2-3 more days.

Cystitis treatment with mallow
