In case of ankle twists: cook 30 g (1.05 oz) of rosemary fresh leaves in 1 l of red wine for 15 minutes. Drain and dampen some cotton compresses or gauzes. Apply to the sore part.
Against kidney or vascular failure: put 20 g (0.70 oz) of dried blossomed ends in 1 l of boiling hot water and let infuse for 15 minutes. Drain and drink 2 cups per day, after meals.
