If ailments are not severe and the gynaecologist doesn’t decide to intervene with “massive-dose therapy”, then you can use herbs for small adjustments.
Low menstrual flow - decotion: 10 g (0.35 oz) of fennel seeds boiled in 400 ml of water for 10 minutes. Let infuse for 8 minutes, drain and drink 3-4 cups per day.
Amenorrhea (if menstruations do not appear for some months but you are not pregnant) - tincture: 20 g (0.70 oz) of yarrow blossomed ends to soak in 100 ml of 95% alcohol for 8 days. Drain and take 20 drops, 2-3 times per day, one hour before main meals.
Very abundant flow - decotion: boil 100 g (3.52 oz) of fresh equisetum in a covered pot for 30 minutes. Drain and drink half a cup during the day.
Irregular and painful menstruations - infusion: 35 g (1.23 oz) of capelvenere leaves, 25 g (0.88 oz) of sage leaves and 10 g (0.35 oz) of mint. Mix and use 5 g (0.17 oz) of this mixture with 150 ml of boiling hot water in a tea cup. Drink 2-3 tepid small cups per day after meals.
