Alcoholic after-dinner drink based on peppermint
50 gram (1.76 oz) of carefully washed mint leaves (it grows in the meadows, along roadways, in the gardens and can stay in a pot) 250 g (8.81 oz) of sugar, 1 l of grappa. Put these ingredients in a dark bottle for 20 days and shake it every 1-2 days. Drain and drink as digestive-drink after meals.
