The taraxacum, or dandelion (or chicory), is an herb widespread and significant for its laxative, diuretic and blood purifying properties. Check the properties of the taraxacum.
We collect the leaves and roots in spring and must be dried quickly.
The dandelion is so widespread, we can do:
A decoction, by putting 60 grams of the roots in a liter of water and boil, or an infusion, with 25grams of leaves soaked in a quart of boiling water.
Both are powerful stimulants and cleansings of the liver if taken for 15 consecutive days, in a dose of a small glass.
Also in order to decongest the liver, you can extracte the juice of 100 grams of fresh roots, mix with 20 grams of an alcohol spirit, 15ml of glycerol and 20ml of water. To be taken in spoons.
